At Pret Lounge By Fareeha, many of our garments are made to order, customised, made to measure, or specially designed according to the customer's selected size, measurements, colour, fabric, design, and other specifications.
Because of the personalised nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect measurements supplied by the customer, colour preference, or other personal preferences.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
All custom-made, made-to-measure, personalised, and specially designed orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is defective, damaged, or does not correspond to the order placed.
Customers are responsible for carefully checking their measurements, size selection, colour, design details, and other order specifications before completing their purchase.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- defective or damaged;
- materially different from the design or specifications agreed at the time of ordering; or
- the wrong item due to an error on our part,
please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Please provide your order number, photographs of the issue, and a brief description of the problem so that we can assess the matter.
If the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied due to an error on our part, we may offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.
- Incorrect size selected or provided by the customer.
- Items that do not fit because the measurements supplied by the customer were incorrect.
- Minor differences in colour, texture, embroidery, print, or finish that can reasonably occur due to fabric, screen display, lighting, or the handmade/custom nature of the garment.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise used after delivery, except where necessary to establish a defect.
- Customised or personalised items where the product has been made specifically according to the customer's requirements.
How to Report a Problem
If there is a problem with your order, please contact Pret Lounge By Fareeha through our website with your order details and photographs showing the issue.
We will review each case individually and advise you of the next steps.
Please do not send an item back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.
Refunds
Where a refund is agreed for a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item, the refund will normally be made using the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect measurements, or personal preference.
Where an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will determine the most appropriate remedy on a case-by-case basis.
